When you submit our estimate form we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the service you are interested in, and any project details you choose to share. We also record a timestamp, the page you submitted from, and your IP address as proof of your form submission and consent choices.
We use this information only to respond to your request — scheduling estimates, answering questions about your project, and following up on your inquiry. We never sell your information. Submission data is stored in our customer relationship system and lead tracking tool so our estimating team can assist you.
Your information is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored in access-controlled customer relationship and lead-tracking systems. Access is limited to the team members and vendors who need it to serve your request, and we review that access periodically. We keep submission data only as long as needed to assist you and meet our legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure. If we ever learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes — and that commitment explicitly includes your mobile phone number and your SMS opt-in consent. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with, sold to, or used by any third parties or affiliates. The only limited exceptions: we share information with the service providers that help us operate (our customer relationship system, lead-tracking tool, and messaging providers) solely to respond to your request and under confidentiality obligations, and we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and safety. No mobile information collected through our forms is shared with third parties or used for any marketing beyond what you have explicitly consented to.
By checking the consent box on our form you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, or email about your request. We send two types of messages: transactional messages and alerts (estimate updates, appointment reminders, and account notifications) and promotional messages (special offers, discounts, and updates), the latter only if you check the promotional consent box. Messages are sent by Shane McCormick, doing business as Glendale Stucco Pros (glendalestucco.com). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply for text messages; reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your SMS opt-in consent and mobile number are never shared with third parties or affiliates — see the sharing section above. Marketing emails are sent only if you separately check the email offers box, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
If you submit our estimate form, your name, email, and phone number may be saved in your own browser so the form is pre-filled when you return. This information stays on your device — clear your browser storage to remove it.
