These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Glendale Stucco Pros website and any estimate, repair, installation, painting, siding, or ceiling work we perform for you. By using this site, submitting our estimate form, or hiring us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to authorize work on the property in question.
Glendale Stucco Pros provides stucco repair, crack repair, three-coat stucco installation and re-stucco, stucco painting and exterior coatings, wood-to-stucco siding conversion, and popcorn/stucco ceiling removal for residential and light commercial properties in Glendale and surrounding communities. Service descriptions on this website are general information, not a guarantee that a specific service is right for your property — that is determined during your on-site assessment.
Estimates we provide — through this website, by phone, or on site — are free and non-binding until you accept a written, line-item estimate or contract and work is scheduled. Final pricing may differ from published ranges once we inspect the actual conditions. Any change to the agreed scope (additional damage found, hidden conditions, requested upgrades) will be documented in a written change order with its price before that work proceeds.
Work dates are scheduled in good faith and confirmed once your written agreement and any deposit are received. You agree to provide safe access to the work areas during the scheduled dates. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, rain curing windows, material or supply shortages, permit processing, utility issues, HOA approvals, or other events outside our reasonable control; affected schedules will be adjusted promptly and communicated to you.
Prices, deposit amounts, and payment schedules are those stated in your written estimate or contract. Unless your written agreement says otherwise, payments are due as invoiced, accepted forms of payment are listed on the invoice, and balances unpaid beyond the agreed terms may accrue reasonable late charges or collection costs as allowed by California law. We do not charge hidden fees — every line item is disclosed in writing before work begins.
Work requiring a permit in Glendale is permitted through the City of Glendale Building & Safety division, or the relevant local authority outside Glendale city limits. We pull and close permits for permit-required work unless your written agreement states otherwise. You are responsible for HOA approvals, historic-district review requirements, and any owner-side restrictions affecting the property.
Our workmanship is covered by the written warranty delivered with your project — five years on workmanship unless your written warranty states different terms. Materials carry their manufacturers' own warranties, which we pass through to you. Warranties do not cover damage from settlement or structural movement, earthquakes, storms or other acts of God, water intrusion from other building systems, owner modifications or repairs by others, misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear. Warranty service requires that the property be accessible and that we are notified promptly when a covered issue appears.
You may cancel or reschedule work under the terms of your written agreement. Rescheduling is free with reasonable notice, subject to crew availability and weather. If you cancel after materials have been ordered or custom work has begun, your deposit may be applied to documented costs already incurred; any remaining balance is returned to you. Nothing in these Terms limits cancellation rights you have under California law.
You agree to tell us about known conditions that affect the work — active leaks, prior water damage, suspected asbestos or lead paint (especially on pre-1978 structures), structural or settlement history, underground utilities on the work side, and anything else material. You confirm you own the property or have the owner's authorization to commission the work. Please keep children and pets away from work areas and secure valuable items near the work zones.
By checking the consent boxes on our estimate form you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, or email about your request. We send two types of messages: transactional messages and alerts (estimate updates, appointment reminders, and account notifications) and promotional messages (special offers, discounts, and updates), the latter only if you check the promotional consent box. Messages are sent by Shane McCormick, doing business as Glendale Stucco Pros (glendalestucco.com). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your SMS opt-in consent and mobile number are never shared with, sold to, or used by third parties or affiliates for marketing. Marketing and promotional messages are sent only if you separately check the marketing consent box, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Consent to marketing is not a condition of any purchase, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP or using the unsubscribe link.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under California law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glendale Stucco Pros from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of this website, your breach of these Terms, or conditions on the property you knew about but did not disclose to us, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or willful acts.
This site may link to third-party websites, tools, or booking services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Following any third-party link is at your own risk and subject to that party's own terms.
How we collect, use, and protect your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By submitting our estimate form you also confirm the consent statements recorded with your submission.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version. Changes apply to use of the website and to projects agreed after the change date; existing signed agreements remain governed by the terms in force when they were signed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute is brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect.
